What is ElevateWithJai Merch?

ElevateWithJai Merch is an extension of the ElevateWithJai community — created to represent encouragement, resilience, and self-belief. Every piece is designed with intention and purpose, not fast fashion.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. All items are made to order, meaning each piece is produced especially for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on quality over quantity.

Why are the prices what they are?

Our prices reflect:

  • Made-to-order production and printing

  • Shipping and fulfilment costs

  • Platform and payment processing fees

  • A 15% donation of profits to charity (Mencap)

  • A small margin to support an independent creator-run brand

We aim to be as transparent and fair as possible.

Which charity do you support?

For our first drop, 15% of profits are donated to Mencap, a UK charity supporting people with learning disabilities and their families.

Why are you supporting Mencap for Drop One?

Mencap holds a very close and special place in my heart. When I was younger, their physiotherapy team supported me in learning how to walk with the aid of a walking frame — even after doctors told my parents that I would likely never walk or talk. I also received speech and language therapy during my early years.

I was born with Moebius syndrome, and the support I received helped shape who I am today. Supporting Mencap through the first drop of ElevateWithJai Merch feels deeply personal and full circle.

When will my order be shipped?

Because items are made to order, production begins after purchase.
Delivery times may vary, but estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and on product pages.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If your item doesn’t fit, arrives faulty, or there’s an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as items are made specifically for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability depends on location. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

How can I contact you?

Do I have to buy to support?

Not at all 🤍
There is never any pressure to buy — supporting, sharing, or engaging with the content means just as much.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • Your item doesn’t fit

  • Your item arrives faulty or damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a short description of the issue.

All items are made to order, so we kindly ask customers to check the size guide carefully before purchasing.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size-related returns

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Once production has started, orders can’t be cancelled.
